My paternal roots, the Marlow Family, hale from England. The first Marlow's arrived in the United States in the 1600s. I can only trace my direct line back to my g-g-g-grandfather, James M. Marlow, b. 1783 in Virginia. I would be thrilled if there is anyone out there who can help me find out more about my family. My maternal line, the BATZ family, is from Berlin, Germany. Infact, my mother and father met in Germany and my mother moved to the United States in the 1950s. I have information on my mother's family going back to the 1600s but it is not very comprehensive. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
